The pair of Sai Sudarshan and Shubman Gill have overtaken Shikhar Dhawan and Prithvi Shaw in terms of scoring the most runs in a season of IPL. Both of them added 744 runs for Delhi Capitals in 2021. The third number is Mayank Agarwal and KL Rahul’s names. Both of them scored 670 runs in 2020 for Punjab Kings. Both of these are also named at number four. He scored 602 runs in 2021 for Punjab Kings. At the same time, the pair of Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal scored 601 runs for RCB in 2021.

The two together scored 939 runs in 2016. In such a situation, Gill and Sudarshan need 131 runs to cross the 1000 -run mark. If these two batsmen score 131 runs in the upcoming matches, then they will become the first pair to score 1000 runs in a season of IPL.
